The Department of Confidential Documents is linked to the Director General of the Centre

B - The general goal:

The Secret Documents Department aims to take care of the agency’s documents of a confidential nature, in accordance with the Documents and Archives System, its executive regulations, classification plan, rules and procedures, and approved subject heading lists.

C - Tasks:

  • Receiving, reviewing, and receiving confidential documents.

  • Scanning, indexing, classifying and indexing confidential documents.

  • Entering the necessary information about confidential documents into the automated documentation program.

  • Review and audit the technical works of confidential documents.

  • Keep confidential documents in their designated places.

  • Transferring confidential documents according to the regulating instructions.

  • Destroying confidential documents according to the regulating instructions.

  • Providing the required confidential documents according to the regulating instructions.

  • Determine the administration’s needs for manpower, equipment, and materials.

  • Providing periodic reports about the administration’s achievements and appropriate suggestions for developing them.

  • Any other task assigned to it in its field of competence.
